Hi, I’m Harry
I'm a freelance creative producer and artist specialising in creatively telling heritage stories.
I love collaborating with communities to explore real stories and collections in creative ways.
My work in heritage contexts is informed by 13 years working in museums. I have a Master's degree in Museum Studies with a focus on working with contemporary artists in heritage spaces.
I’m excited by new opportunities to bring creativity and heritage together, and I bring my enthusiasm, hard work, and outgoing personality to my work.
My Experience
I have over 13 years experience in the creative sector including producing, programming, workshop facilitation, and as an artist.
My specialism working with artists and writers in a heritage context has been honed working with numerous museums and libraries nationally and internationally.
I have over a decade of experience producing events and festivals, and have devised and produced performances, activities and installations in theatres, galleries and museums across the UK. You can see some of those organisations at the below.
My international work has led me to deliver exhibitions, literature exchanges, and research with creative organisations in Ghana, India, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Working Together
As a creative producer I can work with you from project ideation through to sourcing funding, delivery, evaluation, and reporting. This could be a festival programme, engagement programme, or stand alone activity.
As an artist and writer, I can create a new work inspired by your collection and collaborate with other artists to reach your existing and new audiences.
We can work together to create an audience engagement strategy for your organisation.
I am an experienced professional and I’d be interested to explore new fields of work.
